Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If there are any issues or concerns with your product(s) please contact us within 30 days.

Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange once this period has lapsed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return all products in original packaging.

For products (excluding skincare tools) that are neither damaged or defective but do not work for you, we only refund one product per customer over a 90 day period and reserve the right to decline any further purchases or refunds. 

Refunds exclude any delivery charges.  We offer a maximum refund limit of £50 over any 365 day period.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days. 

Please note that refunds exclude any delivery charges. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your product(s).  

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same, send us an email at help@shesheanaturals.com and we will send you a replacement.
